| Description: | USi, Inc., is a leader in the plastics molding and hardcoating industry. JOSEPH Construction began working with this Japanese company in 1996 to build their new Rockford facility. JOSEPH has provided design/build services for all of their expansions and remodels, creating a facility that is 119,000 square feet on 14 acres.
USi has 12 injection molding machines, ranging from 210 tons up to 1100 tons; hardcoat system; and 6 paint booths including 2 pneumatically controlled systems and a robotic system. |
