| Description: | A complete new facility was constructed for TVUUC, including a natural-light filled sanctuary, classrooms, an art gallery, and support facilities for the church. JOSEPH Construction Company was retained after bids from other contractors showed that the design, provided by an architect renowned for church designs, resulted in a project cost which had ballooned to well over the congregation's budgeted dollars.
JOSEPH Construction Company evaluated the architect's design and drawings to identify cost savings which would also maintain the integrity of the building. The final cost for the building represented a cost savings of 16% from the architect's and original contractor's initial cost estimate, and was within the congregation's established budget. |
