| Description: | The first phase was 25,000 SF, which was then expanded to 150,000 SF including a 10,000 SF office on the front. Phase III was a 40,000 warehouse and Phase IV was 90,000 SF of manufacturing. Phase I, in 2000, was a 30,000 SF aluminum casting mill.
A Butler Landmark pre-engineering metal building with an offset center ridge, a step down roof for the office area, and the interior gutter hidden by a synthetic stucco fascia system over the office. Project included a color floor hardener, 24 foot tall eave, interior completely air conditioned, and two 600-ton chiller air conditioner systems. We describe this as a typical hi-tech manufacturing plant with loops for air, water, and gas systems. |
