| Description: | JOSEPH was contracted to design and build a 100,000 square foot automotive parts manufacturing facility with 12,000 SF of office and services areas, and subsequent 80,000 SF addition. Extensive air, water and buss duct systems were installed for their machinery. A complete turnkey job was requested and delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. Throughout the process, JOSEPH brought in a translator to facilitate and enhance the English and Japanese communications. |
