| Description: | This two-story brick and synthetic stucco office building houses six tenants, including First Tennessee Bank, General Motors Assistance Corporation, The Soup Kitchen, and a finance company. A conference suite is available for use by tenants as well as businesses in the community. JOSEPH Construction Company has worked with the individual tenants on the build-out of the interior spaces in addition to the new building.
The Class A building's exterior, complete with aged-copper colored roof, is designed to mimic New England style buildings admired by the Owner, and sets the style for future facilities on site. |
