| Description: | JOSEPH Construction Company worked with McCarty, Holsaple, McCarty Architects to restore this 41,000 SF historic dormitory building, updating the facility to current student life style and bringing the building into compliance with current fire and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) codes.
Complete demolition of the interior walls, electrical and HVAC systems was initiated while the interior design was completed. The interior was completely rebuilt and new porches and stairs were put in place to complement the historic period. |
