Description:	Upgrade to Class A office tower. The building is the first downtown Knoxville office tower to be "re-skinned." Existing single pane glass and metal exterior framing will be replaced with new glass and metal banding, resulting in greater energy efficiency and an updated appearance. Upgrades necessary to meet modern building codes, including a second exit stair, fire alarm and sprinkler system, and handicap accessibility. New heating and air conditioning, electrical, communication systems. All new interior finishes.
