| Description: | This project is the replacement of original building destroyed by fire in 1994. It consists of a community meeting room, general offices, and patient service areas. Project is constructed of steel stud and storefront exterior walls with brick veneer and an extensive wood truss attic/roof system with architectural/dimensional shingles. Project has four HVAC units and two electrical distribution panels. The site had to be filled considerably to handle this building and parking lot. |
