Description
Covered Bridge in the Glades is a mixed use retail/residential development consisting of 90,000 square feet in three 3-story buildings. The first floor in each building is reserved for retail, and the second and third floors consist of 2- and 3-bedroom apartments. JOSEPH assisted with pre-construction services, including estimating, scheduling and value engineering to bring the project into budget.
