Description

Even from a distance the new building for Farragut Lawn and Tractor is striking—the green roof and trim catch your eye.  Get just a little closer and the building is the perfect backdrop for the green and yellow equipment—you don’t even have to see the signs to know this is a John Deere dealership.

 JOSEPH headed up the design/build team for the approximately 10,000 SF retail and service center.  Located on Kingston Pike in Farragut, the team faced challenges particular to a small site (1¼ acres).  The project utilizes underground detention, and a 2-level loading dock on the exterior of the building.  Site design also had to accommodate a sink hole, and a right-of-way across the neighboring property improves site access.

The showroom is bright and airy, with stained concrete floors and plenty of display space.  Service area has 4 service bays, a storage mezzanine, and a grinding room for cleaning parts.
