Description

The all-brick building features two drive through teller windows, a drive-through ATM, a teller counter, a vault, and support areas.  Construction is block and brick with a wood roof truss structure and dimensional asphalt shingle roof.

 The building was originally a Lexus dealership, and partial building demolition was required to transform the building.  The most challenging aspects of the project were pre-existing drainage issues, and the structural deficiencies in the existing slab and concrete block structure, which involved re-engineering and remediation during construction.
