United Way of Blount County occupies half of this building and Blount Hearing and Speech occupies the other half. Detention for the site is underground, beneath the parking lot. Construction uses steel studs, wood trusses with shingle roof. Brick and cast stone exterior. The lobby has a cypress ceiling.
