Description
Project included remodeling of an existing school facility to provide new City Administrative Offices, new Police Department offices and holding areas, new City Recreation Offices including gymnasium, new City Library, new City Fire Department, and new City Emergency Service Department. The Fire Department had a completely new structure built to house an 8-unit fire truck division.
Project was unusual in that we built pre-engineered building frames over the existing structure and reroofed with a standing seam architectural roof. The created attic spaces were then used for mechanical equipment placement.
The project has won a national award for innovative uses of metal building products.
