“JOSEPH did a first rate job-which comes as no surprise to everyone who knows your work. Even my high expectations were exceeded.”

Description
Originally constructed 1891, Fayerweather Hall was completely destroyed by lightning in 1999. JOSEPH Construction Company joined with McCarty Holsaple McCarty Architects to replicate the original 4-story wood timber framed facility. The rebuilding, now in a steel frame with concrete floors protected with a full sprinkler system, lasted approximately 14 months.
The completion of the building was celebrated with the dedication of the new Boardroom on the top floor to Harwell Proffitt. The new Fayerweather Hall now also houses the President’s Suite, administrative facilities, classrooms, a 100-seat tiered classroom, and the main computer server room for the College.
