Description
JOSEPH’s involvement with Northshore Medical Building began by working with the owner’s representative and the design team early in the project to provide pre-construction services – assisting with budgeting, scheduling, and value engineering services. JOSEPH played a key role in reducing construction costs without reducing square footage and functionality. We then provided general construction services for this 9,800 SF medical office building. Summit Medical Group occupies 4,800 SF of the building for their physician offices, exam and lab spaces. The balance of the building remained unfinished for subsequent tenant.
