Description
This is a pre-engineered Butler building of Landmark design, giving bays of 60′ x 50′. Sidewalls are 42′ high and made out of precast tilt-up concrete. Ventilation system is one large unit without ductwork. Floor slab was designed to hold racking storage 38′ high. Twelve dock doors were constructed for truck receiving.

Client desired to expand existing building with most economical solution. Conventional construction and pre-engineered construction were investigated. Pre-engineered with standing seam metal roof was the most economical solution to the Client’s needs. Project was design build with the Client playing an active role in design.
