Description
JOSEPH provided complete design/build services for the original construction of this 48,600 square foot manufacturing building with offices, originally developed for lease to ALCOA. JOSEPH then renovated the building and finished out portions of the manufacturing facilities for use by Chroma Graphics.
The building is owned by Stock Creek Properties and is located in Big Springs Industrial Park.
