Description
JOSEPH provided pre-construction and construction services including cost estimation, scheduling, and value engineering for this new hotel which includes 150 guest rooms in a five story facility.
Facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools. All rooms have refrigerator, microwave, private balcony and a large well appointed bathroom with two sinks, hair dryer and telephone, including 1 and 2 room suites, 2 bedroom units, and suites with Jacuzzis and/or fireplaces.
As a part of the project we constructed a new convention center with flexible exhibit and meeting space, including classroom seating for 1,100, banquet seating for 800, theater eating for 1,600, and full catering services.
