Description
Renovations to the Hess Department Store building in downtown Knoxville involved converting two floors of the existing department store into offices (open and private) and a state-of-the-art conference center for the University of Tennessee and area businesses.

Conference Center facilities include private video-conferencing studios, high tech audio/visual auditorium with tiered flooring, a 400-seat conference and banquet room. Conferencing facilities have a full array of sight and sound capabilities: satellite links, multi-projectors, giant screens, production studio-quality control rooms, etc.
