Description
As Construction Manager, JOSEPH Construction worked with Cockrill Design and Planning and The Lewis Group to provide complete pre-construction services, including development of schedule and cost estimate and value engineering services.  JOSEPH then provided construction services for this new Blount County 95,000 SF elementary school.

 This innovative design utilizes pre-engineered buildings to reduce cost and schedule.  Core capacity accommodates 1000 students, with current classrooms designed for 600. Included within the facility are a gymnasium, offices, cafeteria, and a media center.
