Description
As Construction Manager, JOSEPH Construction worked with McCarty Holsaple McCarty Architects to provide complete pre- construction services, including development of schedule and cost estimate and value engineering services.  JOSEPH then provided construction services for this new 108,000 SF elementary school.

 The innovative design utilizes pre-engineered buildings to create “pods” for the classroom and resource areas.  Windowed corridors connect the classroom buildings and provide plenty of natural light and views of the mountains outside.  Classrooms are also designed with interior and exterior windows.  Included within the facility are a gymnasium, offices, cafeteria, art and computer rooms, and a media center.  The facility also includes a geothermal heating/cooling system.
